How do I initiate a return or exchange?
While we take the utmost care to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that accidents might happen! If your gift box is damaged upon delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll set up a replacement or refund for you.

What if I receive the wrong item?
If we sent you the wrong item, we’re really sorry! Contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we’ll send you the right one along with instructions to return the incorrect item.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Cancellation of order is not allowed. If you need to change your order, do get in touch with us right away. We can help as long as the order has not been processed yet.
